NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
            
1. HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: Beginning October 15th, 2007, visit www.buyadiamondwinadiamond.com. Fill in all required fields within the online official entry form, and click the SUBMIT button to enter. Limit one entry per person. The promotion will end October 15th, 2008 at 11:59 pm PST. All entries submitted after that time will not be eligible to win. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random by a drawing on October 22nd, 2008.
            
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and possess a current, valid U.S. driver's license.  Employees of Sponsor, BowTech Archery, Waterdog Surface Technologies, Extreme Technology Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Entries deemed fraudulent or incomplete will not be eligible. Void in Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law.
            
3. GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize includes one unset diamond with an estimated retail value of $4,900. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
            
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries completed by October 15th, 2008.
            
5. GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days after first notification attempt. If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited. If no response is received from a selected winner within the fourteen (14) day period, his/her claim is forfeit and a new winner will be selected at random by a drawing. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Winners must possess a current, valid driver's license in his/her State of residence. Winners will be required to show proof of valid driver's license prior to taking delivery of prize. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. By participating, winners consent to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes, without limitation or additional compensation, where permitted by law. By participating, winners (and winner's parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor) releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, BowTech Archery, Waterdog Surface Technologies, Extreme Technology Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the "Buy a Diamond, Win a Diamond" promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers' terms therefore and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement of prizes. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
