Copyrights and Trademarks

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Diamond Archery, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to Diamond Archery, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Diamond Archery and is also protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

IBO speed ratings are the industry standard and are calculated by shooting an arrow, which must weigh at least five grains per pound of the bow's maximum shooting weight, through a chronograph. The majority of Diamond speed calculations are made using a 70# - 30" draw bow shooting a 350-grain arrow. *Speeds for The Edge are achieved shooting a 250-grain arrow with a 50# - 28" draw.

Draw length modules are available in 1/2" increments on all models except the Cutter and The Edge, which are designed as a single pivoting mod system. Performance testing is done with a Custom Chrono, Heavy Duty ProShop Meter and digital scales (digital scales have a variance of +/- 1%). Speed ratings have been obtained with factory installed brass nock and Hush Kit. These accessories decrease velocity by 5-8 fps. Mass bow weights are taken with these accessories installed.

Bows are shown with accessory packages installed. All Diamond bows are available with or without accessory packages except for The Edge and Cutter bows, which are sold as shown only.

These terms are effective unless and until revised or terminated by Diamond Archery. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Diamond Archery also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Diamond Archery's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. If this agreement is terminated by either you or Diamond Archery, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
